Chicken breasts in mustard sauce


Ingredients

2 tbsp Margarine or butter
4 Skinless boneless chicken br
-Halves (about 1 pound)
1/4 cup Finely chopped onion
2 tbsp Apple brandy or apple
-Juice
1 cup Whipping (heavy) cream
2 tbsp Chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/4 cup Finely chopped walnuts


Directions
  1. Chicken breasts in mustard sauce.
  2. Different types of mustard will make.
  3. Heat margarine in 10-inch skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add chicken breasts.
  5. Cook 12 to 14 minutes, turning after 6 minutes, until juices run clear.
  6. Remove chicken and reserve.add onion and brandy to skillet.
  7. Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
  8. Stir in whipping cream, parsley and mustard.
  9. Cook and stir over medium heat 5 minutes.
  10. Add chicken and walnuts.
  11. Heat until hot.
  12. 4 servings; 395 calories per serving
