1 1/2 lbs Ground Beef
1/4 cup Raw, grated potato
-up to ½ cup
1/4 cup Chopped Onion
1/4 cup Grated Carrot
3/4 tsp -Salt, or less
1 dash -Pepper
1/2 cup Broth, up to 1 cup
-gravy, tomato juice, etc
1 cup Chopped Vegetables
-optional
-peas, carrots
-green beans, celery
Green peppers etc
Directions
Mix all ingredients.
Bake at 350* for 1 hour.
You do not have to add the optional vegetables, but it is a good way for children to learn to enjoy them.
