Green beans, new potatoes, ham

1. Combine beans and ham into a large sauce pan.
2. Cover with water.
3. Bring to a boil, then simmer until beans are nearly done, adding water as necessary.
4. Peel potatoes and put them (whole) in with the beans and ham.
5. Continue cooking until potatoes are done.
6. Optional: substitute bacon for ham
