Caribbean milk cooler


Ingredients

1/2 cup Skim milk
1/2 cup Unsweetened pineapple juice
3/4 tsp Vanilla extract
3/4 tsp Almond extract
1 1/2 tsp Sugar
Ice cubes


Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients except ice cubes in a blender and blend on high speed till frothy.
  2. Pour into glass filled with ice cubes.
  3. Variation: freeze pineapple juice in tray and blend.
  4. Omit ice cubes
