Marvelous meatloaf


Ingredients

2 lbs Ground beef or turkey
1 cup Dry bread crumbs
3/4 cup A.1 Sauce
2 each Eggs
1/2 cup Finely chopped green pepper
1/2 cup Finely chopped onion


Directions
  1. In large bowl, thoroughly combine beef or turkey, bread crumbs, ½ cup steak sauce, eggs, pepper and onion.
  2. Shape into 9 x 5-inch loaf.
  3. Place in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
  5. Brush with remaining steak sauce; bake 15 minutes more.
  6. Preparation time: 10 minutes; total time: 1 hour, 25 minutes
