Oven-braised country ham


Ingredients

6 each 4 OZ. SLICES, COUNTRY HAM
2 tbsp BROWN SUGAR
1/4 cup WATER


Directions
  1. Place slices in a lightly greased 13 x 9 pan.
  2. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
  3. Pour water around ham.
  4. Cover with foil, and bake at 350 deg f. for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately
