Philly cheese steak sandwich


Ingredients

2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/8 tsp Ground Black Pepper
8 oz Flank Steak
1 cup Red Onions -- Thinly Sliced
4 Hard Rolls (6") -- halved
Toasted
1/2 cup Pasteurized Process Cheese
Spread


Directions
  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. In a small bowl combine worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and black pepper.
  3. Place steak on a rack in a broiler pan; brush sauce mixture over sides of steak.
  4. Top steak with onions.
  5. Broil 4 to 5" from heat until onions are nearly crisp-tender, 3 to 5 minutes.
  6. Remove onions from meat, placing to one side of broiler pan.
  7. Turn steak; broil until done as desired,, 3 to 5 minutes longer.
  8. Place meat on cutting board; thinly slice diagonally across the grain.
  9. Place bottom halves of rolls on broiler pan, cut sides up; top with beef slices and onions.
  10. Spoon cheese spread over onions.
  11. Broil until melted, about 30 seconds.
  12. Cover with remaining roll halves
