Pineapple-garlic pork chops


Ingredients

4 Pork loin chops
- about 1-inch thick
1 cup Unsweetened pineapple juice
2/3 cup Dry sherry
2 tbsp Brown sugar
1/2 tsp Dried rosemary leaves
- crushed
1 Garlic cloves, minced


Directions
  1. With a little preparation the night before, these sweet and garlicky pork chops are easy to make for a quick weeknight meal.
  2. Combine all ingredients, except pork chops; mix well.
  3. Place chops in a shallow dish; pour marinade over chops.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning meat occasionally.
  5. Remove pork chops from marinade.
  6. Place on rack of broiling pan.
  7. Boil 5 to 6 minutes on each side, turning and basting once with marinade.
  8. Preparation time: 10 minutes.
  9. Cooking time: 12 minutes.
