Dipping sauce for lumpia


Ingredients

1/4 cup Brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup White vinegar
1 tsp Soysauce
1 tsp Tapocia starch
2 tbsp Water
2 tbsp Ginger, minced


Directions
  1. In a 2 quart pan mix sugar and vinegar and soy sauce stir over high heat until sugar dissolves.
  2. Mix tapioca starch with water add to sugar mixture and stir sauce till boils remove from heat add 2 tablespoons fresh minced ginger
