Fri-dinner: sesame chive tortilla triangles


Ingredients

6 10-inch flour tortillas
1 Egg white
2 tbsp Sesame oil
1/4 cup Chives, chopped, or
-green onions, chopped
3 tbsp Sesame seeds, toasted


Directions
  1. Arrange 3 of the tortillas on work surface.
  2. Lightly beat together egg white, 1 tb of the oil and salt; brush over both sides of tortillas.
  3. Sprinkle with chives and 2 tb of the sesame seeds.
  4. Top with remaining tortillas, pressing together firmly.
  5. Brush remaining oil over top; sprinkle with remaining sesame seeds.
  6. Arrange in single layer on baking sheet; bake in 400f 200c oven for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
  7. Cut each into 6 pieces and serve warm.
  8. Per serving: about 250 calories, 6 g protein, 10 g fat, 34 g carbohydrate good source iron.
