Caribou meat balls


Ingredients

1 lbs Ground caribou
1/4 lbs Ground pork
1/4 cup Quick oatmeal, Red River
-cereal, bread or
-cracker crumbs
1/4 cup Onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
2 tsp Prepared mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup Catsup OR
1 Egg AND
1 tbsp Tomato paste
1/2 tsp Hot pepper sauce


Directions
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl; shape the mixture into smallballs, using a teaspoon of meat mixture for each.
  2. Cook in a skillet over mediumheat in a little hot fat.
  3. Turn frequently until brown on all sides, 5 to 7minutes.
  4. Makes 5 dozen miniature meat balls.
  5. Serve with your favorite barbecuesauce and slices of un buttered french bread
