Zucchini bread - pan-1


Ingredients

2 1/4 cup Bread flour
1 tbsp Dry milk
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Butter
1/4 cup Walnuts (1 oz), chopped
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ground cloves
3 tbsp Zucchini, grated
3/4 cup Water
1 tsp Dry yeast


Directions
  1. Bake (rapid) mode may be used.
  2. Place all ingredients (except liquids and yeast) inside the bread pan.
  3. Add liquid ingredients.
  4. Close cover and place dry yeast into the yeast holder.
  5. Press start
