Cheese tomato


Ingredients

1 Tomato(thickly sliced)
1 dash Celery salt
1 dash Garlic salt
1 dash Pepper
1 oz American cheese(grated)


Directions
  1. Place tomato slices on broiler pan coated with vegetable cooking spray.
  2. Sprinkle with seasonings.
  3. Top with cheese.
  4. Broil 5-6 inches from heat until cheese is melted.
  5. 1 serving = 1 vegetable, 1 high-fat meat calories = 14
