Banana Kanten Recipe
Takes about 17 Minutes
First peel the Bananas and lightly mash them.
Then place them in a pan with a block of Kanten to dissolve.
Add sugar, about a tablespoon should be enough.
Start the heat and stir continuously. Make sure to mash the bananas more to release the flavour.
Keep stirring until it boils and all the kanten has dissolved. Leave it to simmer for 10 minutes or less.
Place it in a container to cool and stir occasionally. It should have cooled within half an hour.
Cut into blocks and serve.
