Pico De Gallo Recipe
Takes about 30 Minutes
Dice the tomatoes, onion, jalapenos.
Mince the cloves of garlic.
Roughly chop about 1" of cilantro.
Juice the lime.
Put the tomatoes, onion, jalapenos, garlic, cilantro, lime juice and salt into a container with a lid.
Toss vigorously until all are mixed well.
Let chill in the fridge for 30m before serving.
- 2 Roma tomatoes
- 1 medium white onion
- 2 medium jalapenos
- 1 lime
- 2 cloves garlic
- A bundle of cilantro
- 1/8 tsp Sea salt
