Directions
In blender,combine cocoa,hot water,and sucaryl;buzz to blend.Add milk and ice milk; buzz a few minutes until foamy.

- 1/4 c Cocoa
- 1/3 c Hot water
- 3 ts Liquid sucaryl
- 1 1/2 c Skim milk
- 1 c Low-calorie chocolate ice
- Milk
