Directions
Mix all ingredients and bake in prepared Bundt pan (spray with Pam) in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.

- 3 eggs
- beaten
- 1 1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
- 1 c. raisins
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1 tbsp. Ril-sweet OR 4 pkg. Sweet &
- Low
- 1 c. dates
- chopped fine
- 3 apples
- peeled and cut in lg. pieces
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. pecans
- chopped
