Falafel Hoagies Recipe

Directions
Prepare falafel according to box directions, forming mixture into 8 2 inch long, 1/2 inch
thick patties, rather than balls. Fry until brown, turn, and fry the other side, drain
well on paper towel. Coat top half of hoagie rolls with ranch dressing, place two patties
on bottom half, and top with desired sandwich veggies.
Ingredients
- 1 package fantastic foods falafel
- 4 hoagie rolls
- vegan ranch dressing
- sandwich veggies (optional):
- tomato
- lettuce
- onion
- pickle
- whatever else you like
