Directions


Melt margarine over medium heat. Add
garlic and saut� until aromatic (but
do not brown). Add carrots, sprinkle
with salt, cover and simmer for 15-20
minutes, stirring every once in a
while, until carrots are tender. Add
parsley and mix just before serving.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons non-hydrogenated vegan margarine
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • crushed
  • 4 large carrots
  • peeled and sliced crosswise 1/2 inch thick
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
