Directions
Put all ingredients into a bowl. Beat for 5 minutes at medium speed. Pour into greased tube pan or mold and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

- 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 4 eggs
- unbeaten
- 3/4 c. salad oil
- 3/4 c. sherry
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
