Zero Salad Dressing Recipe

Chopped parsley or green pepper, horseradish or mustard may be added if desired. Combine ingredients in a jar with a tightly fitted top. Shake well before using. May be used in any amount.

- 1/2 c. tomato juice
- 1 tbsp. onion
- finely chopped
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
- Salt & pepper to taste
