Sherry Apple Pork Chops RecipeTagged in Meats
In large skillet, brown chops in butter. Drain excess fat. Cover chops with apples and onion. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Cover and simmer 1 hour or until done.
- 6 pork chops (1 inch thick)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 lg. apples
- peeled and diced
- 1 lg. onion
- 3/4 cup sherry (dry)
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp each brown sugar and soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
