Bell Peppers And Beef Recipe
Beef; Red/Green Peppers
Serves 4
Garlic


Strips of beef with sliced bell peppers and sauce. Better if served over rice, but I like egg noodles. It's a stir-fry!

Directions
To make the sauce, combine the soy sauce and the sugar in a bowl, then set aside.
Heat a skillet for two minutes. Add the vegetable oil, and heat for about 1 minute.
Add garlic, scallions (all but about one tablespoon), chilies, and ginger; Stir often for a minute.
Add red pepper and cook; Stir often for a minute.
Add beef and cook until browned.
Pour sauce over and cook for a minute. Sprinkle with reserve scallions and serve!

- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 pound of beef top round
- thinly sliced
- 1 red or green pepper (or you can use half and half)
- 8 scallions
- sliced
- 1 tablespoon of minced ginger
- about 1 or 2 fresh chilies
- 3 cloves of garlic
- thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
