Directions
Mix miso, almond butter, vinegarette dressing together well.
Steam vegetables to liking.
Cook soba noodles el dante.
Toss together and serve.
This can be eaten warm or as a chilled pasta salad.
You can also substitute warm apple cider in place of vinegarette dressing.

- 1 cup miso
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup vinegarette dressing
- soba noodles
- vegetables of any kind i.e. broccoli
- mushrooms
