Shrimp Salad With Pineapple Recipe

Directions
In a bowl combine canned shrimp, mayonnaise, pineapple juice, curry, red pepper flakes, chopped celery, diced red bell pepper, and crushed pineapple chunks. Season with salt. Cover and chill until served.
Serve over shredded lettuce.
