Pulverize almonds in a food processor. Add sugar, butter and extract. Keep mixing until smooth and well combined. Keep stored in freezer for up to 2 months. Makes about 2 cups.
Ingredients
- 2 c. unskinned almonds
- 1/2 c. sugar or to taste
- 2-3 tbsp. butter
- 1/4 tsp. pure almond extract
